How It Works

Non-profit organizations meeting the criteria below may apply for a project grant. Grant applications are accepted from May 15 to July 31 in each calendar year. Grants are awarded in April of the following year. From August to April, our Projects Grants Committee reviews all the applications and submits a selected number for approval by the Board of Directors at our Annual Meeting.

Our Criteria

A project under consideration must adhere to the following funding criteria:

Funding the Grants

Funding for our project grants come from our contributing members, donations, and from our endowments.

A generous endowment from one of our contributing members pays the majority of our administration costs.

You can help further the mission of the fund by becoming a Contributing Member.
